During Q2 2022, the top 5 PVP games on a unified platform in the United States showed varying performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower.

Subway Surfers experienced significant growth in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads peaked at approximately 1.2M in late May, while weekly revenue saw a high of around $854K during the same period. The game also maintained a strong active user base, reaching up to 26.5M in late May before gradually declining to 20.8M by the end of June.

Apex Legends Mobile showed a remarkable start following its release in mid-May. Weekly downloads began at 2.8M but quickly tapered off to around 292K by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar trend, starting strong at $1.3M in the first week and declining to $292K by the last week of June. Active users peaked at 2.9M in the second week, decreasing steadily to 1.1M by the end of the quarter.

Roblox maintained a consistent performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged between 359K and 602K, with notable increases in June. Revenue remained robust, averaging around $7.5M per week, and saw a peak of $8.5M in the final week of June. Active users consistently hovered around the 21M to 23M mark, showing slight growth towards the end of the quarter.

Diablo Immortal also had a strong debut in early June. Initial downloads were impressive at 3.1M but fell to 161K by the end of the month. Revenue peaked at $4.4M in the first week of June and gradually decreased to $2.8M. Active users started at 2.5M and dropped to 1.1M by late June.

Stumble Guys showed consistent growth in downloads and active users. Weekly downloads grew from 96K in late March to over 563K by the end of June. Revenue followed an upward trend, reaching $414K in the last week of June. Active users increased steadily, from 471K in late March to over 2.3M by the end of the quarter.
